Combined Conference and Pre-Conference registration - $145
(late registration $170 if after March 1, 2012)
Conference only registration - $135
(late registration $160 if after March 1, 2012)
The Conference registration fee includes admission to all sessions beginning Wednesday, March 28, continental breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, breaks both days, and lunch and an evening reception on Wednesday. The Combined registration fee also includes admission to the Pre-Conference Seminar on Tuesday, March 27, handouts, and an afternoon break.
When registering online, please be sure to “Print Your Order Confirmation”, as this document is your receipt.
If necessary, registration may be completed by U.S. Mail or Fax, but please note that an additional $10 processing fee will apply. Please follow this link to the form, which must be printed and then either mailed or faxed as indicated.
Check-in will be available for registered conference participants on Tuesday, March 27, from
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Check-in will continue on Wednesday morning, March 28, beginning at 7:15 a.m.

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored if received seven full working days prior to the conference. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. The hosting organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is cancelled or postponed, the hosting organization will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
