Project Overview

This project engaged producers in outreach efforts to explore personal areas of risk that can be an impediment to business success. Five workshops were held and of the 116 participants, 34 requested to work individually with NY FarmNet consultants to incorporate personal factors in their business or succession plans. The planning and implementation work are at various stages with individual farms, but NY FarmNet is committed to providing ongoing assistance as needed. The workshop materials have been condensed into a brochure that can be distributed in multiple venues.
